I have held many hats in my lifetime. in 2012, I became a collegiate rugby athlete. Loving the intensity and consensual battering, I knew that once rugby didn't fit my schedule anymore, I had to find something else. In February of 2016, I started to compete in Strongwoman. Due to how intense training and competing was, I relied on monthly massages to reach my ever-growing goals. This is how I learned the difference a good therapeutic massage could make in terms of recovery, pain relief, and performance. Since then, I went to school to become a licensed massage therapist who specializes in deep tissue/sports massage (along with Rockblading and Cupping). And I have yet again switched hats from 3x nationally competing lifter to aerial silks enjoyer. In my time as a massage therapist, I have been lucky enough to work with thousands of individuals, all with unique lifestyles and goals, ranging from professional athletes to those who simply want to reduce their daily pains. I (and the other LMTs that join the team) work with every client to individualize a treatment plan designed to meet their specific health goals.
